privoAI (the "Software") is operated by Android Drop Bridge ("we", "us"), the legal entity that provides this service, operates this website (privoai.kodiqa.com), and sells privoAI Pro. These terms govern your use of the privoAI Android application and the purchase of privoAI Pro from this site.
privoAI Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features in the app for your personal use. You receive a license key, delivered by email, that you activate in the app. The key is for your own use; please don't share or resell it.
privoAI runs an AI model on your device. On-device AI models are smaller than cloud services and may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected output; privoAI is provided for general assistance and you should not rely on it for professional, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, who acts as the seller of record for your purchase and handles billing and tax. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

The app and Pro features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.
